PRECIOS/PRICES

Matrícula de inscripción: 100 €
Incluye material didáctico necesario para el curso, certificados de inscripción y de asistencia, servicio de tutoría, uso de las facilidades de la escuela, acceso gratuito a Internet mediante los ordenadores de la escuela o por WiFi.
El importe de la matrícula de inscripción no es reembolsable en ningún caso.

Registration fee: € 100

It includes teaching materials needed for the course, enrolment and attendance certificates, tutoring, use of school facilities, free access to the Internet via school computers or WLAN.
Registration fees are not refundable.

Los cursos tendrán el mismo precio de acuerdo a los cursos de grupo y/o grupos intensivos.

CANCELACIONES DE CURSO Y CAMBIOS GENERALES

CONDICIONES GENERALES:

Al inicio de cada curso, el alumno deberá rellenar un formulario de inscripción, indicando sus datos personales.

El alumno puede abonar el precio del curso en efectivo, con tarjeta de crédito, o proporcionando un número de cuenta bancaria donde se le girará un recibo con el importe señalado entre el día 1 y 5 de cada mes, en caso de pago mensual. En el caso de los cursos de larga duración y los vinculados a un visado de estudios, se hará un pago íntegro por adelantado antes del comienzo del curso contratado.

COSTES ADICIONALES:

Es posible reservar servicios adicionales después de la llegada del alumno. El precio correspondiente hay que abonarlo antes de tomar el servicio reservado.

FITSPAIN no se hace responsable de las cancelaciones hechas debido a causas de fuerza mayor o problemas personales o de salud.

CANCELACIONES CLASES:

Cursos de pago mensual

Se podrá cancelar una clase particular al mes sin coste, con un previo aviso a la academia de 24 h. En caso de no avisar con esta antelación la clase se cobrará integra, habiendo un máximo de una cancelación al mes sin coste alguno en estas condiciones.

En caso de solicitar la baja de un curso se tendrá que avisar con un mínimo de una semana de antelación al comienzo del mes. En caso de no recibir aviso previo, FITSPAIN cargará el importe integro del mes y no habrá opción a devolución del mismo.

FITSPAIN se reserva el derecho a cancelar el curso si no se llega a un mínimo de 3 alumnos por grupo, avisando a los clientes con un mínimo de una semana de antelación.

Cursos de larga duración y cursos vinculados a un visado de estudios

Aquellas personas que, por motivos de fuerza mayor debidamente justificados, no puedan realizar el curso, podrán solicitar una devolución del importe abonado. Se aplicarán las siguientes deducciones:
– Si la renuncia se comunica con al menos 15 días de antelación al inicio del curso, se descontará un 10 % del importe.
– Si la notificación se realiza entre 15 y 5 días antes del inicio del curso, se descontará un 50 % del importe.
No se efectuará ninguna devolución si la renuncia se comunica fuera de estos plazos.

En caso de no obtener el visado, la academia FITSPAIN se reservará el derecho a cualquier tipo de devolución siendo el máximo de la misma de un 70 % del importe total del curso, excluyendo la matrícula y posibles servicios adicionales.

FITSPAIN no se hace responsable de las cancelaciones hechas debido a causas de fuerza mayor o problemas personales o de salud.

PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS:

Para poder servir a sus estudiantes y clientes, FITSPAIN necesita recibir unos datos personales que se reflejan en el formulario de inscripción. Con la puesta a disposición de estos datos el cliente o estudiante debe expresar además su consentimiento explícito para que FITSPAIN pueda llevar a cabo con estos datos todos los trámites necesarios en relación con los servicios solicitados por el cliente o estudiante. Si un cliente o estudiante desea ejercer sus derechos según la nueva regulación europea de protección de datos y la ley correspondiente española (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales: BOE nº 294, 6-XII-2018, p. 119788 a 119857) – de información, de acceso, de rectificación, supresión cancelación o derecho al olvido, oposición, retirar el consentimiento, derecho a la portabilidad de los datos y derecho a no ser objeto de decisiones individuales automatizadas – debe contactar con FITSPAIN, por e-mail, o preferiblemente por burofax, para poder actuar correspondientemente.

GLOBAL COMPETITION AND CHANGES

GENERAL CONDITIONS

At the beginning of each course, the student must complete a registration form, indicating his personal data.
The student may pay the price of the course in cash, with credit card, or by providing a bank account number where a receipt shall be made with the amount indicated between 1 and 5 of each month. Payment shall be made in advance at the beginning of the contract.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Additional services may be reserved after the student’s arrival. The price must be paid before taking the reserved service.

FITSPAIN is not responsible for cancellations due to causes of force majeure or personal or health problems.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

Monthly Payment Courses

Students are allowed to cancel one private lesson per month free of charge, provided they notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance. If no such notice is given, the full cost of the lesson will be charged. Only one cancellation per month under these conditions will be accepted without incurring any cost.

If a student wishes to withdraw from a course, they must notify the academy at least one week before the start of the next month. If no prior notice is given, FITSPAIN will charge the full monthly fee, and no refunds will be granted.

FITSPAIN reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of 3 students per group is not met. In such cases, clients will be informed at least one week in advance.

Long-Term Courses and Courses Linked to a Student Visa

Students who, due to duly justified force majeure circumstances, are unable to attend the course may request a refund of the amount paid. The following deductions will apply:
– If the withdrawal is communicated at least 15 days before the course start date, 10% of the fee will be deducted.
– If the notification is made between 15 and 5 days prior to the course start date, 50% of the fee will be deducted.
No refunds will be granted if the withdrawal is communicated outside these timeframes.

If a visa is not granted, FITSPAIN reserves the right to determine the refund amount, with a maximum refund of 70% of the total course fee, excluding registration fees and any additional services.

FITSPAIN is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure, personal issues, or health-related problems.

Data PROTECTION
In order to serve your students and clients, FITSPAIN needs to receive personal data that are reflected in the registration form. With the availability of these data, the customer or student must also express his explicit consent for FITSPAIN to carry out all necessary formalities relating to the services requested by the customer or student. If a customer or student wishes to exercise his rights under the new European Data Protection Act and the corresponding Spanish law (Organic Law 3 / 2018 of 5 December 2018, p. 119788-119857) – information, access, rectification, cancellation or right to forget, opposition, withdrawal of consent, right to portability of data and right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, or preferably by fax, in order to be able to act correspondingly.
